Term and Conditions

Definitions
    
In these conditions:
             “Customer” or “you” means a person or business firm that requests goods or services from us;
             “goods” means all products and other goods (including any software) supplied by us to you or on your behalf;
             “machine” means customer's laptop, desktop, ipad, printer,;
             “services” means all services performed by us for you or on your behalf;
             “business hours” means Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm at your local time, excluding public holidays;
             “PC Vision” or “we” or “us” or “our” means PC Vision (ABN: 74 738 916 377);

  • Disclaimer
    • PC Vision will only perform and provide computer services, repairs, upgrades and maintenance as requested by the customer. Our aim is to provide the highest quality of service and support to our customers.
    • Computer service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your machine cannot be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded with the customer’s permission.
    • You understand that PC Vision is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on your machine.
    • The length of time varies for different problems, so it  cannot be predicted beforehand
    • You authorize our technician(s) providing the service or repair to install software such as operating system and other on your machine. All software installed previously on your machine will be deleted / uninstalled upon completion of the service.
  • Billing Terms
    • Our service charges are hourly base, which is $85/h (inc GST) for home visit and $100/h (inc GST) for office visit
    • There is a minimum charge of $85.00 or $100 for any service performed.
    • Services that take more than 2 hours would be charges based on the agreement between you and our technician
    • In the case that there is an unexpected deviation beyond the above estimate or agreement amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit
  • Payment Terms
    • Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, repairs or maintenance
    • Machine parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered must be paid in advance.
    • We Accept Cash, Direct Deposit and Bank check
    • All our visits are chargeable
  • Liability
    • Service(s) are provided in an effort to repair, upgrade or maintain for which you request such service(s)
    • Our aim is to repair your machine or maintain your system with best of our expertise. Your system or machine will not be intentionally harmed in anyway by our technician(s).
    • You will not hold PC Vision or their technician(s) responsible for any claims or damages of any kind that may arise from any work performed on your faulty machine.
    • We advise our customers to do their own backup before we perform any work
  • Part And Service Warranty/Guarantee
    • All our repair services are 7 days guaranteed from the service date
    • Used parts have 1 month warranty from the date of purchased
    • If Warranty sticker or security sticker on any new purchased PC or any other peripherals is damaged other than professional technicians (receipt required), warranty is void
    • New parts have 1 year manufacture warranty from the date of purchased
    • Any physical damage to the parts caused by the customer are not covered
    • Any incorrect diagnose or troubleshooting performed by our technician will be done again free of charge. Only parts will be charged if needed to correct the problem.
